Suor Christine Tee

Superior General

Born in Dimawhso, in Kayah State (Myanmar), Sister Christine entered the convent in 1994 and made her perpetual profession in Rome in 2003. After studying Missionary Spirituality at the Pontifical Urbaniana University and obtaining a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling at the University of Santo Tomas (Philippines), she held various positions in formation and service: novice formator in Myanmar and the Philippines, junior formator in Italy, diocesan secretary for Consecrated Life in Loikaw, parish secretary in the Vatican, and General Councilor of the Congregation. In 2021, she was elected Superior General of the Congregation and continues her apostolate with dedication, witnessing to missionary spirituality and the joy of consecrated life.

Suor Maria Selma Ferreira da Silva

General Vicar

Sister Maria Selma Ferreira da Silva, originally from Brazil, joined the Congregation in the 1990s. She has 12 years of experience in education, in nursery and primary schools, and 17 years in formation. She has served on the General Council as secretary and vicar general. She currently serves as vicar general, is the delegate for the Philippines, and is responsible for formation at the congregational level.

Suor Roviesa Orias Jadlocon

General Treasurer and Advisor

Sr. Roviesa Orias Jadlocon (Sr. Rovy) comes from Ingan, in the Philippines, and on July 3, 2000, she entered the convent of the Missionary Sisters of Faith in Polangui, Albay, Philippines. Sr. Roviesa lived in Italy from 2004 to 2010, during which time she completed her studies and was involved in apostolic work in a nursery school and parish. In 2010, she returned to the Philippines and for several years was involved in the mission as bursar and teacher at St. Peter’s Academy, Inc. In 2016, she was sent with two other sisters to open a new mission in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii, where she was responsible for the community, a teacher at Sacred Hearts School, Lahaina, HI-USA, and a collaborator in the parish office. Since 2021, she has been on mission in Italy as General Councilor and General Treasurer.

 

Suor Teresa Mon

Secretary General and Advisor

Sr. Teresa Mon is originally from Myanmar, from the diocese of Loikaw, and entered the Congregation in 1993, becoming one of the first Burmese sisters to join the community. She made her first profession on November 25, 1995, and her perpetual profession on August 4, 2002.
Her first mission was in Myanmar, where she dedicated her service to young people and parish groups, accompanying them in pastoral activities. From 2006 to 2009, she served as Vicar General in the first General Government of the Congregation.
Subsequently, Sr. Teresa Mon had an important experience in Italy, working for ten years at the Parish Office of St. Peter’s in the Vatican, contributing significantly to the pastoral and administrative life of the Church.
In 2016-2020, she returned to Myanmar, where she served as secretary of the Archdiocese of Yangon, continuing to offer her dedication especially in “ad intra” activities, within the offices, in support of the mission and community of the Congregation.
Her international experience and long dedication to pastoral and administrative service reflect her constant commitment to the journey of the Congregation and the universal Church. Since 2021, she has been Secretary General and General Councilor.

Suor Maria Agnese

Born in Binh Duong, Vietnam, she earned a degree in English and a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies. She entered the Congregation on August 6, 2009, in Vietnam and continued her formation in the Philippines. On August 24, 2019, she made her perpetual profession in Italy.
During her apostolic journey, she served in various communities: formation in Liliw (2013–2014), studies in Religious Sciences at the Angelicum in the Pius XI community (2014–2017), service at the Priests’ House in Sulmona (2017–2018), and again in the Pius XI community (2018). From 2018 to 2021, she worked in the kindergarten of the Treviso community and then served at the Generalate of Sant’Angelo (2021–2023).
Since August 21, 2023, he has been carrying out his apostolate at the parish office of St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican, and belongs to the Gregorio VII community.
