Thanksgiving for the visitation of SMF General Superior

With deep gratitude and joyful hearts, the SMF Vietnam sincerely thank Mother General for her loving and meaningful visitation. Her presence was a precious gift — a time of grace, renewal, and deeper communion in our shared mission.

Despite her many responsibilities, she generously met personally with each sister and gathered with the community, listening with care and strengthening our unity and commitment to serve. Her visits to some sisters’ families, together with the simple moments we shared — outings, recreation even for awhile, and meals — nurtured deeper bonds of love and friendship, helping us rejoice more fully in God’s goodness in our common life.

Celebrating the Tet Holidays during her visit made this time even more meaningful. The exchange of greetings, the traditional lì xì, and the experience of Vietnamese customs brought joy and a deeper appreciation for the beauty of culture and community.

We thank God for the many graces received through this blessed visitation and offer our heartfelt gratitude to Mother General for her loving presence, care, and encouragement. May the Lord continue to bless her abundantly in her mission of service and leadership.
