Today, in the Philippines, six Missionary Sisters of Faith celebrated their first religious profession, a moment of great joy for the congregation and the local Church. With their final ‘yes’ to God, the young sisters officially began their journey of consecrated life, at the end of a period of discernment and formation.

The celebration was attended by the Mother General, Sister Cristina Tee, who shared this important step with the local communities and her fellow sisters, expressing the closeness and communion of the entire congregation.

The first profession represents a fundamental stage in the vocational journey and a sign of hope for the mission in the Philippines, where the Missionary Sisters of Faith continue to bear witness to the Gospel through prayer, service and pastoral commitment to the most needy communities.
