A time of grace that renews the heart and service

The three days of our ongoing formation were a time of grace, lived in joy, fraternity and enthusiasm. In a simple and familiar atmosphere, we shared listening, reflection and prayer, allowing ourselves to be accompanied with wisdom and delicacy by our priest, whom we thank from the bottom of our hearts for the richness of his words and for the encouragement we received to live our ministry with love, care and prudence.

Meditation on Pope Leo’s Dilexit te helped us to recognise an inner poverty that opens the heart to God’s faithful love and refers us to the tender and silent motherhood of Mary of Nazareth. God chooses the little ones, chooses the poor, chooses each one of us as we are, with our frailties, to make us instruments of his love.

The conference these past few days has truly been a gift: profound, rich and nourishing for our spiritual life. We return to our service with renewed hearts, grateful for what we have received and eager to continue on our journey with confidence and openness.
