Basic Formation Seminar for Lay Liturgical Servers

On October 3, 10, and 17, the Parish of Saints Peter and Paul held a Basic Formation Seminar for Lay Liturgical Servers. This series of seminars aimed to deepen the participants’ understanding of the liturgy and strengthen their commitment and dedication to serving the Church.

As part of the formation program, the parish priest invited resource speakers to discuss Basic Bible, Mariology, and other topics related to liturgical worship. These sessions helped the participants deepen their knowledge of the Word of God, gain a greater appreciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary’s role in the life and mission of the Church, and better understand the meaning and significance of worship in the Catholic faith.

Through these formation sessions, the participants were encouraged to grow in faith, become more aware of their liturgical responsibilities, and foster a stronger spirit of fellowship and service within the parish community.

This initiative served as a reminder that serving in the liturgy is more than fulfilling a responsibility; it is a meaningful expression of faith, love, and dedication to God and His people. By continuing to learn, pray, and serve together, the lay liturgical servers are better equipped to participate actively and reverently in the Church’s worship and mission.
