On Sunday, June 21 at 6:00 p.m., the end of year celebration of the “StThomas Aquainas” Preschool in Aquino took place in a joyful and festive atmosphere, bringing together children, families, teachers, and members of the local community.

The decision to hold the event on a Sunday evening was made to encourage greater participation from families, considering the working commitments of many parents during the week and on Saturdays, as well as to provide a more comfortable time during the summer season.

The theme of the school year was: “The family is where life begins and love grows.” This meaningful message guided all educational activities throughout the year and was beautifully expressed during the celebration through songs, dances, and performances prepared with enthusiasm by the children and their teachers.

The young performers delighted the audience with their spontaneity and joy, creating moments of emotion and pride for parents, grandparents, and guests who attended in large numbers. Their performances reflected the growth, learning, and experiences gained during the school year.

The event was honored by the presence of civil and religious authorities, including, the Parish Priest, Fr. Tommaso Del Sorbo, and the Superior General of the Missionary Sisters of the Faith, Sister Cristine Tee. the Mayor of Aquino, Mr. Fausto Tomassi, Their presence expressed closeness to the school community and appreciation for its valuable educational mission.

Special thanks were extended to the School Administrator:Mr,Mirko Raponi for his leadership, we also thank the Director:Mrs Doris Savona, we also extend our gratitude to the Principal and Collaborator, Sister Malia Mikaele, Smf, and to the Missionary Sisters of Faith serving in the school, last but not the least our special thatnks to the lay teachers, and all of the collaborators. Through their dedication, professionalism, and commitment, they contribute daily in creating a caring and supportive educational environment for the children.

A special moment of the evening was dedicated to the seven children who will be leaving the preschool to begin primary school next year. They were warmly thanked and encouraged as they prepare to begin this new stage of their educational journey.

The celebration was not only a performance, but also a meaningful expression of community life, highlighting the values of family, friendship, collaboration, and love that define the school’s mission.

The event concluded with applause, emotion, and gratitude, followed by a fraternal moment of sharing a refreshment kindly prepared by the parents of the school, further strengthening the sense of unity and community among all participants.
